Selecting a Delivery Method for Tickets

For any transaction which contains tickets, a delivery method must be chosen before the transaction can be confirmed.

The delivery commission depends on the sales mode of the transaction and is shown under the delivery method. Once a delivery method is selected, the commission can be waived by clearing the associated check box.

The options for delivery are as follows:

  • CoBO: tickets to be collected in person at the box office
  • Postal: tickets to be posted to the customer.  You will be prompted to select the delivery address from the customer’s list of addresses
  • Print at Home: generates a PDF for the customer to download, via a link sent to their inbox

If performing a sale with no customer selected, the only delivery method that can be chosen is CoBO.

Changing the delivery method

Once a Delivery Method has been selected use the red X icon to remove the selected delivery method. Then choose an alternative one.

Alternatively for Postal and Print at Home delivery, use the pencil icon to modify the options for the delivery method.

Example: To change the delivery address for a Postal delivery, click the yellow E icon and then click on the address you want to change to.
