Multi-Client Training (MCT) sessions are three days of training and practice on System Basics held roughly every two weeks (pending holidays and volume of interest). Sessions are held Tuesday through Thursday, 12:00-5:30pm EST.
These sessions are recorded and emailed to those who have attended, typically within a week following the session. Additionally, for a short time after training, attendees will be able to utilize a practice demo system outside of their own run or live systems.
MCT allows us to provide folks with the necessary Spektrix training in a consistent and clear manner, while also providing a great opportunity for you to get to know other Spektrix users. These sessions are intended for anyone based in the US or Canada who's either brand new to the Spektrix system or is looking for a refresher, such as:
- Individuals whose organizations are in the process of going live with Spektrix
- Individuals who are new to an organization already live with Spektrix
- Individuals looking for a brush up in a specific area
Training sessions are led by experienced Support and Training Consultants who have a wealth of knowledge and expertise when it comes to getting the most from Spektrix. You’ll often find us answering your Support tickets or delivering consultations when we aren’t training.

Webinars are typically two hours long, and each one covers a different area of the system and its functionality. For a schedule of upcoming webinars and how to register, please see our Online System Training page.
Alternatively, if you have any special training requests, or you're not quite sure what you need, please complete a Training Request form, and one of our Support team members will be in touch.
