Sending files securely to Spektrix

From time to time there may be occasions where you need to send Customer data to Spektrix to import into your system, for instance, to update Contact Preferences, Tags or Memberships.

Emails are great, but they're not secure to use for transferring sensitive customer data.

Most spreadsheets you send to us will contain identifiable customer data, to ensure their security, never email them to Spektrix.

Making an Import Request

If you have data that is ready for us to import into your system, please fill in the below form to detail that request:

    1. Keep a note of that Submission ID. You will be prompted to provide it when filling in the above Import Request form.
