Sending files securely to Spektrix
From time to time there may be occasions where you need to send Customer data to Spektrix to import into your system, for instance, to update Contact Preferences, Tags or Memberships.
Emails are great, but they're not secure to use for transferring sensitive customer data.
Most spreadsheets you send to us will contain identifiable customer data, to ensure their security, never email them to Spektrix.

- When you have clicked your chosen link (above), you will see the following screen. Type your email address, click Submit:
- Once you’ve received the Verification email, enter the verification code in the Email Verification Code box (your email address will already be prefilled). Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and to remember your details on your device for up to 30 days (after this time you will need to complete the verification process again) and click Submit:
- Enter your client name, this is the same client name used to access Spektrix (your email address will be prefilled), and click Submit:
Once your file has been submitted you will see a confirmation screen with a submission ID and a link to upload more files if you wish.
- You now need to contact Support to let us know that you have uploaded all of the files you need to SendSafely, including the submission IDs of your uploads. If your request is time-sensitive, please include as much information as you can about your request and why it's urgent, so we can best help you.
- When you have clicked your chosen link (above), you will see the following screen. Type your email address, click Submit:
