Ordering Receipt Rolls for use with Spektrix Payments Terminals

When processing Chip & PIN/Chip/Contactless/Tap to Pay payments, you can print off a receipt as when a sale is confirmed. In this article you'll find information on receipt rolls and where to order them online.

TIP: This article is for users of Spektrix Payments who use the Castles S1F2, V400m and V400c Plus Payment Terminals.

How to order Receipt Rolls

When onboarding to Spektrix Payments, your first terminal order will come supplied with 20 receipt rolls. To continue printing receipts, you'll need to purchase additional receipt rolls.

You should order thermal receipt rolls measuring 57mm wide x 40mm diameter x 12mm (2 ¼ inch x 1 ½ inch x ½ inch).
