What is consultancy?
As part of our consultancy offering we can partner with you on short, mid or longer term consultation projects, where we can bring our expertise to help you make a step change at your organisation.
At Spektrix, our consultative approach is embedded into everything we do. We want to advise our users to get the best out of our solution to meet your needs. Whether that’s with a support request, or a longer term business change. We use our knowledge of your organisation, the full Spektrix solution (including features, functionality and partner products) and the sector, to achieve the right outcome for you.
Our consultancy services are available at any time to all Spektrix users and are included as part of your service charge. You can request a consultation project by getting in touch with our Support Team, during implementation, on a regular check-in or at one of our events.

How to request a consultation project
Before contacting our Support Team, we recommend having a clear idea of what you’d like to achieve and how this fits with your business priorities. Speak to your team and other stakeholders to include them in the consultation.
The process starts with a scoping call to understand what you want to achieve. We’ll help you to think about your ambitions and turn those into achievable goals. We’ll look at your baseline measures and any industry benchmarks to understand where you’re starting from. We’ll collaboratively create a project plan as well as agreed objectives and timelines.
If we identify a need for training on specific areas of the Spektrix system, we’ll ensure this is delivered alongside your consultation.
The project will be delivered using the milestones that were decided during the creation of the project plan. We’ll work with you through facilitated sessions, regular calls and guided tasks. At a review meeting, we'll give feedback on how successfully the requirements of the project were met.
We’ll leave you with the resources and knowledge to sustain lasting impact. Once we’ve delivered the consultancy project, we’ll schedule regular check-ins and follow-ups to review your progress.
