You can talk to us about starting a consultation at any time. Our Consultancy Services are available to all Spektrix users and are included as part of your service. You can bring it up with one of our team on a support call, over email, during implementation, on one of our regular phone check-ins or even at one of our events.

Before reaching out to our team, it’s good to have a clear idea of what you’d like to achieve, how this fits with your business priorities and that you, your team and other stakeholders are aligned and ready to feed into this process.

The process starts with a scoping call and benchmarking where we’ll help you think about your ambitions and turn those into achievable goals. We’ll deliver a project plan, outlining the steps we recommend, and, at a project plan review meeting, we’ll agree on objectives based on approximate timelines.

If we identify any need for training on specific areas of the Spektrix system, we’ll ensure this is delivered alongside your consultation.

The project will be delivered using the milestones that were decided on during the creation of the project plan. We’ll work with you through facilitated sessions, regular calls and guided tasks. At a review meeting, we'll give feedback on how successfully the requirements of the project were met. 

Our aim is to leave you with the resources and knowledge to sustain lasting impact. Of course, that won’t be the last you’ll hear from us, we’ll schedule regular check-ins and follow-ups to stay in touch with how things progress.
