When setting up an integration between your website and Spektrix, you'll likely need the support of a website developer.
We provide the tools and documentation to enable your website developer to carry out this work.
In this article, we’ll cover what tools and support are available and where responsibilities lie between you, your website developer and us.
Finding a website developer
You can find a list of web agencies that have experience integrating websites with Spektrix in our Partner Directory (US and Canada / UK and Ireland).
We are also happy to suggest agencies to speak to based on your requirements and budget - contact support to speak to our team.
TIP: It may be worth considering Spektrix Link as an integration tool option. Spektrix Link requires the least amount of web developer support and therefore can be a lower cost and time efficient way to integrate your website.
Tools and support
If you want to set up a new integration, or make changes to your existing integration, first you’ll want to consider what you want to achieve and how much money you have to spend. Then, you will need to contact your web developer to get an estimated cost for this work.
To support you with this process, we provide the tools and documentation for a web developer to be able to carry out this work.
You can learn more about our integration tools (iframes, API, Web Components) in the Introduction to Website Integrations.
Website Developers can freely access our Integrate Portal, which fully documents our integration tools.
We are always happy to chat with your web developer to answer any questions they may have or to make recommendations about integration methodology, so that they can compile an accurate sizing of the project and quote for you.
You and your web developers will have access to our team of consultants and web integration specialists. We don't charge for any additional support, this ensures you’re able to make the most of your online experience with Spektrix.
