Each printer, PIN Pad/Chip Reader you connect to your PC, will require you to install device drivers. A Driver is a software program that tells your PC how to interact with the hardware connected to it.
You'll also need to install software to configure your PIN Pads/Chip Readers, or update your printer's firmware to maintain optimal performance.
In this article you’ll find the software to install the Box Office App, set up PIN Pads/Chip Readers and firmware to maintain your Microcom printer.

Box Office App
The Spektrix Box Office App software enables your locally installed Printers, Pin Pads/Chip Readers to communicate with Spektrix in the cloud. To print tickets and take in-person Chip & PIN/Chip payments you'll need to install the Spektrix Box Office App.

Opayo PIN Pads (UK and Ireland)
You'll need to install PIN Pad drivers and software on each PC the device is plugged into. The software enables you to configure your PIN Pad and enables communication to and from the Box Office App and Chip Reader.
Verifone P400
Before you download Verifone P400 Drivers and Guardian software, make sure you are familiar with:

Worldpay Chip Readers (US)
You'll need to install chip reader drivers and software on each PC the device is plugged into. The software enables you to configure your chip reader and enables communication to and from the Box Office App and chip reader. Download the drivers and configuration software below depending on whether you're using the Ingenico Lane 3600 or Ingenico Lane 3000.

Printer Firmware
In this section you'll find printer firmware. Firmware is a type of software program embedded into hardware devices to enable them to function. We recommend that you keep your firmware up to date on all of your hardware.
In general, firmware updates are downloaded and installed automatically. However some ticket printers require you to update firmware manually.
