What are Delivery commissions?
A Delivery Commission is a fee that can be charged for the delivery of Items in a Basket/Cart. The Delivery Commission is set on the overall Basket/Cart rather than each individual item such as a commission on each Ticket. Delivery Commission can also be set at different values on each Sales Channel (Phone, Web, Counter).
You can assign a Delivery Commission to each of the available Delivery Methods on your system per Sales Channel. The Delivery Methods available on your system are unique to your organisation. You can request additional custom Delivery Methods by contacting support.
TIP: You may or may not be required to charge Tax or VAT on your Delivery Commissions.
For more information on Tax, read Tax in Spektrix (US and Canada).
For more information on VAT, read VAT in Spektrix (UK and Ireland).
