This article is about sending Customer data to Spektrix to import into your Spektrix System. We'll explain how to send your CSV file(s) to Spektrix using SendSafely. You'll find a link to the import request form at the bottom of this article.

How to send files to Spektrix?
There may be occasions where you need to send Customer data to Spektrix to import into your system, for example, new sign ups or to update Contact Preferences, Tags or Memberships.
Emails are not secure enough to use for transferring customer data. Never email any files containing customer data to Spektrix.
Send your files using Sendsafely, a secure file transfer application and then submit an import request form.

If your organisation is based in the UK/IE, you'll need to use this link
If your organisation is based in the US/CA, you'll need to use this link
- Once you have clicked your chosen link (above), you will see the following screen. Type your email address, click Submit:
- Once you’ve received the Verification email, enter the verification code in the Email Verification Code box (your email address will already be prefilled). Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and to remember your details on your device for up to 30 days (after this time you'll need to complete the verification process again) and click Submit:
- Enter your client name, this is the same client name used to access Spektrix (your email address will be prefilled), and click Submit:
Once you've submitted your file, you'll see a confirmation screen with a Submission ID and a link to upload more files if you wish.
Keep a note of that Submission ID. You will be prompted to provide it when filling in the Import Request form.
