Scanning tickets enables you to manage capacity, attendance and access control. When scanning tickets you'll also be able to view customer information. For example, if a customer is a member or has any access requirements.
To scan tickets, you'll need one or more ticket scanners. This article explains how to order ticket scanners for your organization. You will also find information to help you decide which scanners to choose.
Users in the US and Canada should refer to our article Ordering a Ticket Scanner (US & Canada).

- Whether you want to use a ticket scanner with your own Android or Apple device
- Whether you want to use the scanner indoors with Wi-Fi connectivity or outdoors with a 5G or 4G connection
