What is it?
When setting blue sticky notes on Events, Instances, customers and orders, you can force that note to pop up when a cashier looks at the corresponding item in the Sales Interface.
The cashier must click OK on the pop-up before continuing; this can be useful for delivering important information that needs to be shared with the customer when they're booking (e.g. content warnings, age guidance) and/or allows you to flag any requirements or considerations that need to be made when dealing with specific customers.
How do I use it?
When setting a note, you'll see a Popup note check box underneath the text box:
Click this and then hit Save. This information will now pop up when a cashier looks at the Instance, Event, order or customer record in question in the Sales Interface.
