In this article, we’ll guide you through Recovered Transactions, where to find them and how to manage them.
What is a Recovered Transaction?
A Recovered Transaction is an unconfirmed Transaction that has been placed in a suspended state. This can happen when your connection to Spektrix is interrupted, for example, if you log out of Spektrix part way through a sale.
When you log back in, you’ll receive a prompt to reload the Recovered Transaction.
TIP: Recovered Transactions will only appear when for transactions
performed in the Sales Interface.
If a Customer’s online Order is interrupted, it’ll appear in
Open Transactions. Read
